This mix represents the warmth, love and beauty that surrounds those at the Duck Pond at Burning Man 2009, from the people to the organisers to the hardcore burners, a truly memorable experience! Playing there was surreal, emotional and damn right funky, everybody was getting down, its wasnt about egos, its was just about the love for people, music and the arts. Amazing! I dedicate this mix to all of those at the Duck Pond and thankyou for allowing me to share with you what I feel.
Recorded live during the ritual which is the clubbers gathering of the Ibiza Sunset @ Savannah Beach Club, Ibiza. DJ Kulbir interprets an Ibiza sunset NYC style. Expect music for your mind, body and soul.
Another deep journey into the NYC sounds emerging from the early days of body and soul. Expect soul, gospel and deeeeeep NYC house.
Recorded live @ the Burning Man 2008. This is ‘DEEEEP’,
A Brighter Day represents the tracks that were in abundance during NYC in 1996, its was a great time, every track which was released was ‘killa’, it was hard to turn records away. A seminal moment in the NYC undergound scene which led to what we know as soulful house.
